As long as you meet the requirements of the job, Willowglen will train most people to work there for direct care staff. They require you to be 18 and have a HS diploma and valid drivers license to start for entry level positions. Other positions require degrees and licenses or certifications. -You fill out an application and they check your references -You are called back and scheduled for an interview -Interviews take place at corporate and they decide what job position and site you would work best with depending on your availability and experience -You are introduced to the site and have a second interview with the site supervisor -You are hired and go through a background, drug test and fingerprinting -You attend a 2 week paid training course and then start at your site
