The interview was very smooth, they went into details about expectations and showing full transparency of the company. The staff were very friendly and make you feel at ease yet professional. Seems that they really care about their processors as well as the clients (loan officers) and work hard to keep everyone accountable and happy.

Went through the first stage...very organized...on top of their game. Answered all questions. Truly looking for the best of the best in processing so they can provide the expected excellent service to their customers (Loan officers). Unique structure... made to also help the processor exceed expectations.

It was the first stage so that was a group interview to talk about the company and what it has to offer to its processors and how it can make life easier with potential to make more money... work smart; not hard theory.
