Was asked to take a personality test prior to the interview. Obviously wasn't what they were looking for so the interview was more of why I didn't fit in with their culture. Strangest interview ever.
The initial interview process has nothing to do with Construction. It’s just jumping through the HR gatekeeper’s hoops. A recruiter set me up with Willmeng. I spoke with the “Talent Acquisition Manager” who had me take two online assessments apparently measuring my personality by selecting adjectives & phrases corresponding to your work traits. This was sandwiched around a 30 min Zoom interview where my job background/past experience was discussed. I then would have progressed to having another Zoom interview with a project team.
