The first interview is completely video-based. The questions were fairly standard and there was an option to do retakes. Making videos can be stressful in a different way than meeting someone face to face, but it was very convenient. I didn’t get an offer yet, I’m waiting and hopeful.

Did a one way recorded interview. Received an email about a week later and was told the seasonal positions were filled! This is such a lie because I applied a while back so that’s not the reason. It’s obvious I didn’t pass the interview not sure why though because I have lot of call center/ customer service experience! It doesn’t matter though because I already have two job offers. This place is a joke! Stop lying about why you really decided not to hire me!

Easy video interview. Asks basic interview questions and gives you an option to re-record your answers. The process is simple and easy to use. The most of the hiring process is done via email and video.
