Had a phone screening for an ASM role then a in store interview about a week later. The interview was solid with great dialogue between myself and the manager. I followed up three different times to see the status of the next steps of the interview and got no response after I left multiple messages to call me back. As a seasoned professional I expected a higher level of professionalism with at least a call back from the interviewer.

Phone interview was scheduled, but very brief and with little input from interviewer. Felt like it was an inconvenience for them. Also, no follow up from their side, although it was requested. Not very inspiring.
