Initial phone call followed by face to face meeting, Poor Communication, waited 2 weeks for them to arrange interview then nearly 3 weeks to find out their feedback on the interview.

Thanks for your review. We had a lot of applicants for this role, hence the time taken to review them and arrange interviews. That said, we are sorry that it took longer in this instance to provide feedback, and we’ll work to Improve things.
