First interview over the phone with a regional manager. Second interview was a meet at a store. Very good training after then, at a training centre with a dedicated trainer.

Entretien
Sat down with a hiring manager, she explained the training process, hours available etc. etc. And just had a general chit chat getting to know me.
Then moved onto the competency based questions which were easy enough but make sure you prepare yourself with examples beforehand as this really helps answering them.
She said she was really impressed and usually makes people wait for an answer but she knew I was the right candidate and offered me the job there and then.

Online application form with online questions. Telephone interview with simple math questions. Face to Face interview with Area Manager, general interview questions. The process felt reasonably relaxed, however a little disorganized.

Waited for a long while in shop. 1 person interviewed me whilst another person wrote down what I was saying and occasionally interjected with questions. The process felt reasonably relaxed, however a little disorganised.
