I spoke with HR once just running over my resume, then my direct boss for the summer contacted me over the phone. He asked mostly personality questions. He waiting for me to contact him twice before he responded (He told me later this was a test of my client relation skills). Then I was brought to Chicago to have a face-to-face. About three weeks later I got the call that I got the internship.
