Had 2 interviews one with a store manager and one with upper management. I came in on Monday and at the end of the interview was asked if I could come back the following day for a second interview. They were both very friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. I was offered the job on the spot the second day and did my paperwork right away. I appreciated how quick the process was because at the time unemployed and really needing a job. I was on the schedule by the end of the week !
