I get a phone call without warning with two men on the other end asking me interview questions and stuff. And if I have contacts of contractors in remote areas. They then ask me to come to an interview tomorrow at their office. Not much notice again but I obliged. The face to face interview was weird. I arrived a few minutes early and was shown to the conference room where I waited for 15 minutes. A huge red flag. Then a vp enters and we chat. He says this place is like a circus. What? Red flag. He leaves and the other manager enters. After another 5 minutes another vp enters. Those two I spoke with on the phone were the same two in the interview. Another weird interview as there was no set questions or an hr representative. So I asked them questions and they couldn’t adequately respond to them. They stumbled around and didn’t know what to ask me during the interview. It was worthless waste of my time. It was quite clear that this was not the place I wanted to work. Poor management and didn’t seem to know what or how to manage this watts smart program. They had no clue on the potential growth with other utilities or with other services. Wow!
