Applied online and got a phone call from a recruiter. She sent me a personality test and another application. I got a phone call from the district sales manager who asked for my references. A few days later, I got a call from the district manager who had a phone interview with me. I then got a call from the district sales manager who offered me the job.

Everyone at Willscot was so friendly and understanding. I really enjoyed the communication and process I went through to get a position. I would have absolutely accepted the offer if there was an opening closer to my family.

Interview process was too long and drawn out a $17/hr position. Multiple index testing then weeks between then weeks till a scheduled interview. Several variations of the compensation package from the recruiter to the hiring manager- so ask a lot of questions.
They want you to come into the office to work but only want to interview through zoom. Communication was poor throughout lots of red flags, thankfully I was offered another job with another company for double the pay.

It was a cookie cutter sales interview, with predictable questions such as, "Describe a situation where you had to meet a deadline." Basically, you can google "sales interview" questions and you will get the interview I had. The hiring process was quick, which I appreciated.
