I applied online and didn't hear back for a month - they scheduled a interview for the next day and it was about 20 minutes. Met with two people, a promotions boss at first and then a program director for one of the stations came in. The interviewer did most of the talking explaining everything about the job and what it would include and the various things that would be required. They were very specific on everything that would happen if hired.

Question 1
After every bit of info about the job they would ask "is this something you could do?" or "is this something that interests you?" Other questions include "why do you want to work in promotions?" and various questions about the radio stations and experience - anything to try to figure out your personality.
