The interview process took about a week. I was initially contacted by HR and asked to set up a short phone interview. We then set up an in person interview where I met with two people above the hiring position and another person on a different team. It felt less like an interview and more like a conversation which was great! Everyone was energetic about Wildfire and the position. I was contact the next day and asked to come in for another in person interview with one of the partners. My interview with the partner was again more of a conversation than an interview. We focused on company culture and employee personalities which was incredibly insightful.
