I applied online and interviewed in-person a few days later (wore masks, indoors) in May 2020; on the day of the interview I was also given a tour of the store. They called me a week or so later to offer the job but I'd already found something else so I declined.

Question 1
There was a short skills test involving basic math and reading for attention to detail, and I was given a calculator. The interview was a few structured questions - How do you handle conflicts (I think), a couple "industry/job specific" questions (basics about plants).
