Consisted of four phone interviews. 1. Expect inconvenient phone interview schedule times to accomodate their needs and time zones. 2. Expect interview format to change from one interviewer to two or more when they are not meeting candidate screening deadlines. 3. Expect poor conference call quality with two or more interviewers including: talking over one another, moments of extended silence and the inability to hear all participants clearly.
