I truly felt like this recruiter was looking for a reason to eliminate me rather than included me in the candidacy process. It almost felt like a quota interview. He was so going through the motions with me. What was far more insulting about the whole thing, he thought I did not realize what he was doing. Its unfortunate that he's is allowed to interview anyone and that people waste candidates time as well. FYI ... interviewing is a two-way street. We both have to see the value we add for one another. We were on the call all of 12.5 mins. I wasn't allowed to ask any questions either.
