It was pretty straight forward. It was the manager of the department who interviewed me. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable trhoughtout the interview. She asked me about my past experience and how could I contribute to the department.

You apply, wait for someone to call you back in 2-3 days. If you don't hear back within 2-3 days, then you call back yourself and they will get back to you asap. They do one phone interview and then set up one last interview in person. If they decide you're a good fit, they'll most likely let you know right on the spot if you're hired or not.

3-part interview to understand your thought process and see if you actually study their core values before the interview. Can't speak for others but for me the interviewer have an casual approach toward the interview with a big smile the whole time.
