The first part was an in store walk through. You walked around with some of the marketing team just to get a feel for the job and the responsibilities. Pretty brief. The second interview was in front of a panel, some people from regionals, as well as many of the in store team leaders. A little scary but overall a great experience. Presented portfolio and answered questions.

Called a couple of weeks after putting in the application. Interviewed a week after that, hired the next day. They had me do a project going into the interview. I happened to be away at the time so they allowed me to video chat with them and make my presentation. They ultimately thought my project was successful and called me the day after the interview to offer the job. I thought the pay was low for how they were insinuating my deadlines would be strict and hectic, so we spent a day figuring out the right salary and I accepted when we met halfway.
