In -house application. 1 ATL,1 supervisor, 2 team members and a PBS processor were on the panel. I was given conflicting info to have for the interview. My TL and ATL were not on the same page. Interview date was given with little notice for me to get ready for it.

Panel based interview with two managers of the department and store head manager, pretty basic questions asking about experience and why I wanted to work at whole foods and what I could bring to the team.

i was currently live in Georgia when i applied for this position. so after i applied the team leader sent me an email containing the interview details and the date and time of the interview. So, he called around the time he scheduled and we went through some interview questions. Then, at the end he said they are reviewing all the applicants and he will give me another call the following week. so the following week he called and told me it had been accepted for the position when will i be able to start working.

Was interviewed very thoroughly by the Prepared Foods Team Leader, whom asked lots of personality and experience questions. I was employed and working within 10 days of being interviewed. Was a very positive experience.
