Panel interview. Panel goes around asking you questions they have prepared to see if you are the right fit for the position the team and store are looking to fill. Pass out your resume so make sure to bring a copy for each person on the panel. Also make a 30-60-90 day action plan of what you plan on accomplishing over that time period.
