Initial phone screen w/internal recruiter, followed by an onsite interview, about 2 hrs, w/ the Recruiting Mgr. and the VP of Recruiting. Then I was sent an online assessment that I took on my own time which took an hour. Then they brought me back for a final interview w/the COO and Recruiting Mgr. who asked questions having to do with the results of my assessment. The 2nd half of my final interview I shadowed w/a team member, then they wrapped it up (I think it was about 3+/- hrs).
