First, I had a discussion with different recruiters on-campus through career fairs and other events, and then, I was invited to a final interview at their office. The interview day was three 30-minute interviews and a site tour of a project.

Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.

Screening interview followed by a phone interview then they paid for me to travel out to the office and complete several interviews from team members and the VP. They paid for a hotel, dinner, and team lunch.

In person all day. Come in speak to various people who ask different questions. Then go out with team on site visits. Very nice people. Spoke to manager at the end.
