Interview lasts about an hour, sometimes split into 30 minutes between to different interviewers. They directly hire interns almost all the time, and participate in a lot of recruiting opportunities at colleges.

Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
