The interview was a good mix between causal and professional. The first interview covered company values, benefits, and history. Second interview got more specific with questions and details on the position. Two interviews before getting a job offer. Second interview was with regional VP.

They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
