Initial telephone call with store manager to briefly check suitability for the role.
Face-to-face interview with store manager discussing previous work experience, education and interest in White Stuff. Followed by background knowledge about the brand, a shop walk-through and team introduction.

Why do you want to work for White Stuff?
Really calm environment , ask questions about your Cv , scenario based questions in the context of retail and why do you want fo woke here. Later you are asked to help pick out clothes to a hypothetical scenario for eg a 40 year old woman needs help in picking a summer outfit for dinner. Interview last around 30 to 45 minutes . Interviewer was very friendly.
