The interview was quite short. The assistant manager just asked me basic questions about myself, my interest in working at White Spot, how I handle pressure and my availability. Than comes the waiting process for a second interview which is about how your strengths/ weaknesses fit the position as a hostess to be hired . Within two weeks, I received a call saying that I can't get the job because of my availability which is quite unfortunate because I am able to work on the weekends just not in the morning on Saturdays since I have volunteer.
