they asked basic questions like why you want it and when are you available. they also asked you to do a trial volunteer for around four hours with a tour of the space at the beginning

Entretien
After reviewing my application they invited me into a zoom meeting to discuss the role and asked general questions about my availability and interest in volunteering. They had also given context to the business and who they help within the stores. Really simple, basic questions overall good experience. I was then invited for a trial shift.
