Entretien
First was a selection from human resources. Second step was interview by department manager and clinical lead. Next step was a peer interview conducted by the staff in the specific area applied for. The last step is now conducted by selected employees from several different departments. Last step was drug testing.
The peer review was the final selection of eligible candidates.
