The interview process is split up into 3 parts. The first interview you will sit down with the manager and he will briefly explain the business to you and ask you a few questions.
The second part involves a practical interview, where they get to know you more personally to see if you are a good fit for the role, and find out a little bit more about you.
If you make it to a final interview, then you will have to complete a questionaire at the end of the day, and depending on your score ,they will then sit down with you and ask you about the day, and a few other questions.
