Very thorough interview process. They go by a process where they interview from childhood through schooling and into every previous job. It was a lengthy interview, about 2 hours in total but I felt very comfortable by end and felt they had a good understanding of my personality and skills.

Highly detailed. If you're Sitting down with them it's mostly casting now. They're inspecting character to what's on paper. I would say if you're day to day Reality as a manager is not what's on paper. It might be tough on you.Because there are a lot of controls in place that have to be met everyday. So if you are driven this is a good place for you.
