I told my interviewer I would be available for an interview from 10am - 4pm. She scheduled me for an interview at 8am. I asked if she could reschedule, since I was not available at that time. She still has not replied in several days, and I am now sure she decided to ghost me. It makes me wonder if she bothered to read my availability in the first place, or if she did and decided to ignore it. Either way, it is inconsiderate and rude to both mis-schedule and then ghost candidates. Apply elsewhere.
