Had an initial interview with the Director of Revenue Operations and then was set up for a 90 minute Panel style interview. This was seperated into 3 different areas and 30 minutes for each area. The areas were in Business Mindset, Culture, and Technical. The interviews were about in a span of a week. I did have to follow up a few times to see what the status was, but that was more to myself trying to be proactive. When asking for feedback they stated they went with a candidate with more experience. I do fill that this wasn't a 'filler' reply as I was a candidate that was newer to Salesforce Administration.
