Entretien
1st round of interview: 4 people back to back (2 interviewers each one). Behavior interview that last for around 45 minute for each one. Really friendly and relatively easy questions.
Applied for an on campus interview. Consisted of 2 30 minute on campus interviews back to back. Mostly behavioral questions, some simple technical questions. Received an offer the next day.

Entretien
Applied via my college's career network. Was qualified for an interview and interviewed with two people from Whirlpool within the same hour. The first was a very relaxed and just plain conversation and the second was very challenging. Received a phone call within an hour of the interview that I received an offer to intern.
