Met at National Black MBA career fair. Got skype interview because interview slots filled up. Then flyback for final interview. Never heard back from them after that. Tried to contact and still no avail. Took them off my list of companies.

Senior leader in HR plus another manager conducted interview. Very warm and approachable interviewers.
Company very strategic focused on HR driving business results.
Results oriented company. Focus stories on key results and tie that to business objectives/goals.
They're always looking for leadership potential, confidence (not cocky) is key.
