Phone screening by recruiter at company. Final call from Director HR for 1:1 round. 1:1 round was whole day affair first with HR Director , skill test and the final meeting with the Plant Director.

They emailed me and said they were moving me forward in the process…next step included the Plum assessment. I actually kind of liked Plum. So at least I got something out of the process because they ghosted me afterwards. Ghosting candidates is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE, just a little tip for your company.
