J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Whirlpool Corporation (Benton Harbor, MI) en juin 2016

From getting the phone call from the recruiter to the time I accepted the offer took 3 months.
I was approached by Whirlpool's recruiter on LinkdedIn, and a phone interview was scheduled a couple weeks later with the hiring manager, it basically went through my resume and I shared what I did for my current and previous jobs. The hiring manager also spent quite some time to introduce the organization structure and how he would expect the output from a successful candidate.
And then after a few days I was invited to have an onsite interview in Benton Harbor. I flew there the night before and also took an one-hour neighborhood tour before the interview. I met with 5 people during the interview and that was a fun experience.
The offer was made three weeks after the onsite interview, and after another week of negotiation, I accepted it.

After the time of phone interview in May, didn't hear from anyone for more than 2 months even though the hiring manager said he would get back to me in a week or two. The recruiter said not to follow up if I don't hear from them. How odd?!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Nothing unexpected. Professional experience and "how would you handle situation x" type of questions.

Very nice and streamlined, one on one interviews, not many technical questions, more behavioral and former experience type of questions.
