The interview process started with a phone call screening with an HR recruiter. We had a very pleasant chat wherein I learned more about the position, the company, and culture. I was invited to virtually meet with two people as the second round interview, which was unremarkable in terms of questions asked. Everyone I spoke with was wonderfully pleasant, passionate about the company, and the interview experience as a whole was excellent. I'm disappointed not to be moving forward with them, but I will keep my eye out and try again in the future if possible.

The interview process was fairly traditional beginning with a phone screen and a week or so later I received a call back to schedule a 1 on 2 interview. This was followed by a few separate 1 on 1 interviews several weeks later. The questions I was asked were quite nontraditional though, and it seemed to be mostly just a conversation to see if I had a brain and could talk to people. It was clear from early on that their interview and on boarding process was far from a well oiled machine.
