Interview process is designed well ...First round was with HR following up with the assignment to prepare and present .
Other rounds were with the top level management and few of the team members.

More of a discussion than normal Q&A. The first round was quite difficult for me because the interview process in Startups (especially Whatfix) is totally different than what I have witnessed earlier. I was reviewed on my previous performance (What all I knew from What I have done in the Past), my logical/thinking abilities (basic thought process), Understanding of the Domain and Presentation Skills.
