It was a video interview with several interviewers, so the lack of personal contact probably added to the feeling of disconnection throughout the interview. Everyone was very nice and polite, but I couldn't shake the feeling that nobody actually wanted to interview me. This seemed to be confirmed when nobody responded to the follow-up thank you note I emailed.
