Convoluted process and pointless case study. The interview starts with assignment, then interview and finally one more assignment which is completely unrelated to the job description. And the three stages took almost 1 month for completion.

The whole interview process took about 40days (about 50 days considering the time I applied). There was a test, and then a case study, 2 interviews and one meeting with the team. I was not told that I should present my case study, and yet surprisingly I was asked to do so in one of the interviews (The title of invitation was Get to know the team!). After all, it took them more than 2 weeks to give me a final answer after the last call which I did not find good at all. Overall not a really good experience as I was able to perform good during interviews but still got rejected after following up several times in more than 2 weeks.
