Short, They mostly looking for customer service experience but I think they are willing to train any background. They really like to interview recent college grads, especially those in hospitality, communications, marketing , etc.

Situational questions - dealing with unhappy guests, service recovery, etc.
It was a interview about 20 30 min, very friendly, in english, via skype. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and let me talk a lot. it was a great experience .
