It was pretty easy, they sent some assessments when I went through it about a year ago. The next one was a call with the recruiter about the position and it was a pretty easy call. The next step would have been to go into the building for a tour and interview. I decided not to go on to the in-person interviewing because it didn't feel like the right fit for me.
