Ghosted after the first interview. The interviewer said that another person would followup to schedule a second interview, and to reach out to him if I didn't hear anything. I followed up but have not heard anything since.

really standard, the questions are always the same and none is related with job. They don't care much about your background, the main focus was about "how long you plan to work for the company".
