2 email communications and 1 telephone screener with same in-house HR rep. Despite meeting all requirements and having tremendous flexibility, I was rejected without reasoning and suspect ageism is at play. Their recruiter audibly gasped when I said I had nearly 20 years of relevant experience. There is no way to get around them knowing your age. They require graduation years, etc. They do not want people in middle age for certain roles, it seems. The role is still advertised and available.

I made an online aplication, then I recieved an invitation to make an english test. After that, I scheduled a video interview with a HR associate outside Costa Rica.
This video interview was very fast, which I didn't like at all. The woman who interviwed me, never looked me in the eyes, I felt that she didn't attention to what I was saying, at all; she was only "taking notes" at a computer like a robot.
About two days after I recieved an email saying that I was not selected for the position, without any feedback about it. I would've like to know why they didn't chose me or, at least, what I need to improve according their criteria.
