Hiring manager was 40 minutes late to the interview, got my name wrong twice, asked two questions, then said they'd be in touch. I never heard back and the recruiter ignored two follow up emails from me asking for an update. Two hours of my time between commuting and waiting for what was just a glorified resume submission.

More of a conversation than rigorous interview process. Nice, friendly managers interviews and explained what the job entailed. Asked some behavioral questions - typical interview questions though. Mostly talked about the details of the job and what day to day would look like. They mostly talked during the interview. Discussed the different teams within the company and the roles they play.
