Behavioral Interview / Questions about resume. Three interviewers. I was notified of my retrieval of an interview and was able to pick from a range of times. They have a visitors parking area, but be sure to arrive early as you need to talk with security for them to allow you into the parking deck. The receptionist was great, showed me where the bathroom was before the interview (be sure to be courteous, they ask the receptionist for their impression of you post interview). The actual interview was easy enough, I brought extra resumes for them and took notes/ had a notepad from which I had my questions. It was a very relaxed interview, and the three interviewers were all from the department I was applying to (aka no HR reps in the interview). After the typical behavioral questions (describe a situation when...) they asked me questions about things specific to my resume and valuable things I got from those experiences. I asked lots of questions at the end which was very important! I got feedback after the interview that a lot of the other candidates hadn't asked questions.
