Phone screen followed by visit to location. All day interview with at least 5 department heads. Took tour of facility and had lunch with the hiring manager. Most of the questions were situational with a few technical thrown in.

Straight forward interview featuring mostly STAR format questions. This can be a little formal but there is plenty of time for informal discussion at the end. The interviewers were engineers and provided a good explanation of the role

The interview process consisted of a plant tour, panel interview, various interviews with managers and then lunch. Was pretty hectic throughout, felt like a revolving door of people to interview for.

Basic interview. asked about work history and previous experiences. Stuck with general resume for the majority of the interview. Moved to some STAR based questions, nothing overly challenging. Standard type of interview
