They take for granted after reviewing ones resume and a pre-screen by a recruiter that this part is sufficiently covered, and instead rather try to determine the fit with the team, the attitude towards a continuous learning process, flexibility in one's thinking, and the overall way one is handling themselves in a 'normal' conversation.
