WMP came to my school for a few information sessions and asked for resume submissions. I submitted mine and got called in for a behavioral interview. Passing that, I was called in for a case study the next day (you probably would have had to have really messed up to not get called back for day two). I thought the case study went well, and they asked me to send in a write-up to be submitted within a week. The first round was on a Thursday and Friday. Before I could send in my write-up, however, I was told that my skills did not match their hiring needs and got dropped with little explanation.
