Unfortunately my experience was identical to many other candidates. After devoting several hours to meeting with the Human Resources leadership team I followed up multiple times with the team to request any updates to the position and received no response but based on other candidate's reviews I expect I will receive a generic/automated response in a few weeks. While it's disheartening that a company that has been around for many years has not established a process that promotes a positive candidate experience, it is helpful to have insight in to how the organization treats people when considering them as a potential employer. My advice is to ask the team (either via Zoom or in-person) point blank what next steps are so you know what to anticipate.
